Leadership Academy – Essential Skills for Leading People
The Leadership Academy stackable microcredential courses provide training in core elements of successful leadership for aspiring leaders and individuals who are transitioning into a new leadership role.
Included in this package:
- Leadership Academy Courses | Fundamentals of Leadership (LEAD 101), Leading with EIQ (LEAD 102). Leading DEI (LEAD 103), Leading HP Teams (LEAD 104), Leading Through Conflict (LEAD 105), Leading Change (LEAD 106)
- Individualized Leadership Coaching | Personalized 50-minute sessions following each academy course (LEAD 101-106).
- Culminating Project | Participants will receive guidance throughout the process and will be expected to present their final project.
