NSHE FRIENDS AND FAMILY 2025 PROMOTION

Welcome to the Scorpion STEAM Academy (SSA) at Nevada State University!

Limited Time Offer! Under this website, you will be able to take advantage of our special NSHE promotions for various Scorpion STEAM Academy day camps (promotional code required); offers available while supplies last. Programs will take place between June-July on the Nevada State University campus in Henderson, Nevada.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

All academy related information is available on the public registration page viewable at https://scorpionSTEAMacademy.nevadastate.edu/ , however, be sure to return to this webpage to enroll your student in this hidden promotional course.

Be sure to CREATE AN ACCOUNT using your NSHE-associated email account to register your child/children in our programs; parents may use the same email account for multiple students so long as the username is different . Feel free to contact us with any questions during the enrollment process.

Registration information (e.g., name, age) should correspond to the participant (grades 3-8th) that will be enrolled in the academy. Enrollment of multiple children requires that each individual have their own account.
Enrollment is available online on a rolling basis, provided seats remain within a scheduled section/promotion, and may close the week prior to each session's start date.
Participants should only register for one course per week. Drop/swap changes can be made up to the class start date. A small administrative fee (no more than $10) may apply for changes completed by staff.

Costs reflect the registration fees per participant per weeklong camp. The following promotions are approved for all Summer 2025 camp sessions, unless otherwise stated:

Purchase of an NSHE Family & Friends blind enrollment promotional offer will credit your account with one “voucher” that you will be able to exchange for enrollment in the class of your choice, once published. Enrollment in multiple weeks requires the purchase of a voucher for each week. NSHE Promo Enrollment includes “extended stay” (i.e., early drop-off and late pick-up) for each week of enrollment under this offer; fee for pick-ups after posted time will apply.

STEAM PASS - SUMMER 2025

Create a profile then add this promotion plus up to eight weekly camps to your cart; a "discount" for each camp will appear suring checkout and balance due will only apply for the cost of this voucher. You can also purchase the voucher then return to "purchase" your preferred camps once all classes are posted.

Enroll a participant for unlimited camps, up to eight (8) courses during the Summer 2025 session, for a total price of $2,200 (or $275/camp). Limited number of vouchers available; promotion valued at $3,200 for entire camp.

Following payment of this promotional enrollment, under the participant’s account, you may return to the catalog to “purchase” your preferred camps. Discounts will apply automatically during cart checkout for up to the number of camps specified under the relevant promotion; your purchase and account balance will show as zero.
